Morteza (Morty) Sadeghi

As Vice President of Residential Mortgages, Morty has 20 years of residential mortgage experience. His thorough understanding of lender requirements and their products ensures his clients get the most suitable financing to meet their needs.

Morty graduated from York University with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science. He’s built strong relationships with banks and other lenders, which helps ensure his clients have access to the best products available. His objective is to curate a stress-free mortgage process that educates and empowers every client to feel confident in their financial decisions.

Morty is the firm’s expert in luxury home financing with financial institutions and private mortgages across Ontario, for both purchase and refinance loans, with experience spanning funding, analyzing and approving mortgages.

Vice President · Commercial Financing

Masoum Jalili

As Vice President of Commercial Financing, Masoum is responsible for sourcing, structuring and arranging financing options for clients at OMJ. She has over 25 years of commercial lending experience, a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the Schulich School of Business, and a Certified Management Consulting designation.

Masoum has been with OMJ since its establishment and has personally arranged financing for a diverse class of commercial real estate assets. She also provides underwriting and monitoring for clients across a broad range of industries and sectors. Before joining OMJ, she was a commercial banking manager with experience across several financial institutions, including the National Bank of Canada — which is exactly why she knows how banks work, and how to get them to work for you.

With decades of experience in commercial lending and a results-oriented approach, Masoum has the skills and tools to put together a unique solution for every client, and is committed to finding the best options for her clients regardless of their circumstances.
