What Wellness Consultations is, and how it works
An unhurried appointment to talk through how you feel, what you have tried, and what is worth doing next — including the option of doing nothing.
Treatment is carried out by Fatma Sedoud, RN, BSN, following an in-person assessment. The same nurse who assesses you performs the treatment and reviews the result once it has settled — that continuity is what keeps dosing conservative and changes reviewable.
The aim is a natural-looking result. Precision matters more than volume here, and where a staged approach gives a better outcome we will stage it rather than do everything at once.

Frequently Asked Questions
Preparation is covered at your consultation and confirmed in writing beforehand. It usually involves avoiding anything that increases bruising, and arriving with clean skin.
You are given written aftercare at the appointment, along with a point of contact. Most of it is about what to avoid for the first day or two.
It varies by product, dose and your own metabolism. Expected duration is discussed at your consultation, and we would rather under-promise than overstate it.
Treatment is nurse-led, carried out under clinical assessment with sterile technique and conservative dosing. Where a treatment is not appropriate for you, it is declined.
Not if it is dosed properly. Conservative dosing and staged treatment exist specifically to avoid that.
